Frozen Orange Balls are sweet, citrus-flavored treats made with vanilla wafers, nuts, and coconut, perfect for parties or as a refreshing cold dessert.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. vanilla wafers
  • 3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 6 oz. can orange juice (frozen)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix vanilla wafers in a blender until finely crushed.
  2. Combine crushed wafers with confectioners sugar, melted butter, orange juice, chopped nuts, and coconut; mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in coconut.
  5. Serve the orange balls frozen.
