Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2/3 c. canned pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and chopped nuts in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin, sour cream, and softened butter.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and knead a few strokes until just combined.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  5. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
