Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup water

Instructions

  2. Pour the batter into greased loaf pans, one-pound coffee cans, or other suitable pans.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until the bread springs back to touch when done.
