Creamy pumpkin parfait squares combine spiced pumpkin ice cream with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for fall gatherings or a delightful dessert everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the softened ice cream and graham cracker crust in a bowl.
  2. Add the softened ice cream and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Freeze until the parfait is firm and hard.
