Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 gallon softened butter pecan ice cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine, and sugar; press onto the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Spread softened butter pecan ice cream over the crust; freeze for at least 1 hour.
  3. In a bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, and salt.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until well blended.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the ice cream layer; freeze until firm.
  6. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes before serving.
