Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients one minute on high speed.
  2. Pour into a well-greased pie tin and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
