Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen kernel corn
  • 8 oz. whipping cream
  • 8 oz. homogenized milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. M.S.G. (Accent)
  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • pinch white or cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except melted butter and flour in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix melted butter with flour, then add to the corn mixture, stirring well.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
