Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions
