Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick original or reduced-fat baking mix
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour an angel food cake pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat all ingredients except the glaze on low speed for 30 seconds.
  4. Increase to medium speed and beat for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serving.
