Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted margarine, then press into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat together 2 eggs, cream cheese, and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crumb crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until set.
