A rich and creamy pumpkin trifle layered with spice cake, pudding, Cool Whip, and nuts, perfect for fall gatherings or festive occasions craving warm, spiced flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 spice cake
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 pkg. vanilla
  • 2 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. cold milk
  • cinnamon
  • allspice

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin, vanilla, butterscotch pudding, and cold milk together until well combined.
  2. Layer pieces of spice cake in a serving dish.
  3. Add a layer of the pumpkin pudding mixture over the cake.
  4. Spread Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  5. Repeat layers as desired, finishing with Cool Whip on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and allspice for garnish.
