Ingredients

  • quail
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 cup uncooked wild rice
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Bring the wild rice to a boil in two cups of water with the chicken bouillon cubes, stirring.
  2. Boil until the rice begins to flake, about 25 minutes.
