Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine or butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups Quaker oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat the margarine or butter and sugars until creamy.
  3. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Add combined flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
  5. Press dough onto the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
