Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup grated mild cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, margarine, egg yolks, and grated cheese well.
  3. Drop 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture into aluminum candy cups.
  4. Bake until slightly browned.
