Quesadilla Burger Accompaniments
Ingredients
- Southwest Seasoning Mix ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chili powder ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons paprika ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano ⓘ
- Pico de Gallo
- 1 small tomato, diced ⓘ
- 1/2 small onion, diced ⓘ
- 1-2 teaspoon diced jalapenos ⓘ
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro (diced) ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon olive oil ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar ⓘ
- Mexi-Ranch Dressing ⓘ
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/4 cup sour cream ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon milk ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons minced tomato ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon minced canned jalapeno slices (nacho slices) ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon minced onion ⓘ
Instructions
- Southwest Seasoning Mix:
- Combine all ingredients and use to season hamburger.
- Pico de Gallo:
- Combine Pico de Gallo ingredients in a small bowl with lid and place in refrigerator
- Mexi-Ranch Dressing:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well until
- smooth. Cover and chill it until needed.
- Southwest Seasoned Burger
- Preheat barbecue or indoor grill to medium heat.
- Shape ground beef into a patties Sprinkle a bit of the seasoning blend over both sides of each patty. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until the patty is cooked the way you like it.
