Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped
  • salsa

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and mix in chopped olives and enough salsa to make the mixture pink.
  2. Place one tortilla on a plate or serving dish and spread the cheese mixture over it.
  3. Repeat the process with additional tortillas, ending with a tortilla on top to form a layered stack.
  4. Cut the stacked quesadilla into small slices like pie.
  5. For garnish, fasten a stuffed olive on each slice with a toothpick.
