Tips & Substitutions

For a twist, consider adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the filling for extra flavor and nutrition. If you don't have Swiss cheese, Gruyère or cheddar can be excellent substitutes. Be sure to let the quiche cool slightly before slicing to help it hold its shape. This dish can easily be made ahead and stored for busy mornings.

Serving Suggestions

Quiche Scandia is delicious served warm or at room temperature. Pair it with a fresh green salad or a side of fruit for a balanced meal. It also pairs beautifully with **Ham 'N Swiss Quiche** for a brunch spread. Consider serving with a light vinaigrette or your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover quiche in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place slices in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until heated through. You can also microwave individual slices for a quicker option, but the oven will keep the crust crisp.
