Quiche(Anytime Dish)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 deep pie shell
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Fry sausage, green pepper and onion. Drain.
  3. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage, green pepper and onion.
  4. Pour in shell.
  5. Mix all other ingredients and pour over cheese and sausage.
  6. Place on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
