Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 pound fried crisp bacon
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • onions to taste
  • mushrooms to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, milk, margarine, Bisquick, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the mixture.
  4. Add fried crisp bacon and cooked sausage on top.
  5. Optionally, add onions, mushrooms, broccoli, and green peppers as desired.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
