A creamy, comforting chicken dish with mushroom soup, sour cream, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 can cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Parboil the chicken breasts, then break them up in a baking pan.
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a bowl, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
