Quick and flavorful chicken wraps featuring creamy yogurt, fresh cilantro, and crisp lettuce, perfect for a healthy lunch or light dinner for busy individuals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken breast
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 large pre-washed lettuce slices
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro. Stir until blended.
  2. Add the cooked, diced chicken breast to the yogurt mixture and stir until well coated.
  3. Lay a large lettuce slice on a whole wheat tortilla.
  4. Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto the lettuce-covered tortilla.
  5. Wrap up the tortilla to enclose the filling.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling to make four wraps.
