Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked, diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, diced celery, sliced water chestnuts, and half of the melted margarine in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix the ingredients well and spread evenly in the dish.
  3. Combine the remaining melted margarine with the Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing.
  4. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
