- Add the taco seasoning mix, chili with beans, and diced tomatoes with onions to the beef mixture. Stir to combine.
- Arrange a layer of 10-inch tortillas in the bottom of a 9 x 8-inch baking pan.
- Spread a layer of the meat mixture over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle a layer of shredded Mexican cheese over the meat mixture.
- Add another layer of tortillas on top, followed by the remaining meat mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of shredded cheese on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
