Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
  • 2/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes with Balsamic vinegar, basil and olive oil
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chuck and chopped onions in a soup pot.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the ground chuck is browned and the onions are tender.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, tomatoes with Balsamic vinegar, basil, and olive oil, water, and cream of potato soup to the pot.
  4. Cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add extra water if needed during cooking.
