Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Stir vigorously and scrape down sides.
  3. Spread batter evenly in the pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Loosen cake from sides and serve warm with Cool Whip.
