- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, and sugar to make the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the steak and set aside to marinate.
- Cut broccoli into flowerets and thinly slice the stalks.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
