  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • 1 small can Chinese crispy noodles
