Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup tomato soup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes thin and place them in a long baking dish.
  2. Add sliced onions over the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle uncooked rice evenly over the onions.
  4. Crumble ground beef over the potatoes and rice.
  5. Pour tomato soup over all the ingredients in the pan.
