Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Remove and discard large outer leaves of cauliflower.
  2. Break cauliflower into flowerets.
  3. Arrange flowerets in a steamer rack; place over a small amount of boiling water.
  4. Cover and steam 4 minutes or just until crisp-tender.
  5. Transfer flowerets to a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
