Quick Chocolate Truffles

Rich and creamy chocolate truffles with smooth cream cheese and semi-sweet chocolate, coated in cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and elegant treats.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • sifted cocoa

Instructions

  1. Gradually mix confectioners sugar into the softened cream cheese.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate bits in a double boiler or microwave.
  3. Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and add vanilla extract.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Coat half of the truffles in sifted cocoa and the other half in chocolate sprinkles.
  6. Chill the truffles before serving.
