Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch glass pie plate.
  2. Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle a dash of nutmeg on top.
  5. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, usually around 30 minutes, until the pie looks set in the middle.
