Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • extra moist yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup real chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine vegetable oil, eggs, water, and vanilla in a 3-quart bowl.
  2. Add dry cake mix and blend by hand until well mixed.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Cool slightly, then cut into squares to serve.
