A quick and easy cookie sheet cake filled with raisins and cinnamon, perfect for a sweet treat that’s simple to prepare and ideal for sharing with friends.

Instructions
- Mix together dry ingredients; cook raisins and water together in a high-sided pan.
- Add margarine and soda to hot mixture until margarine melts.
- Remove from stove.
- Add dry ingredients to the pan, stirring, then add beaten egg.
- Mix until well blended.
- Spread in a greased large cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
- While still warm, spread with butter and powdered sugar.
