Ingredients

  • 7 oz. macaroni
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed corned beef
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place macaroni, condensed cream of chicken soup, milk, water, and chopped onion in a 2-quart ovenware casserole dish, covered.
  2. Cook for 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  3. Add cooked and cubed corned beef and shredded Cheddar cheese to the casserole.
  4. Cover with onion rings.
  5. Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture bubbles along the edges.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
