Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. chicken breasts, boiled until done, then cut up
  • 1/4 c. diced pimento

Instructions

  1. In hot butter in a skillet, sauté green pepper until tender.
  2. Stir in undiluted cream of chicken soup and milk.
  3. Heat slowly, stirring constantly.
  4. Add cooked, chopped chicken and diced pimento.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes longer, then serve over toast.
