Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 strip crackers, crushed
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Saute the minced onion and celery until tender.
  2. Add the crab meat, crushed crackers, and cream of chicken soup to the sautéed vegetables.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
