Ingredients

  • 2 c. rice, uncooked
  • 3 c. water
  • pork chops, chicken or whatever meat you like
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or preference
  • onion, sliced in circles or large chunks

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in order in a large, deep casserole dish.
  2. Cover and heat for 45 minutes at 350°.
