Ingredients

  • 12 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. crushed American cheese
  • 14 oz. frozen fish sticks
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion

Instructions

  1. Break up the thawed hash browns and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dried onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the broken-up hash browns and crushed American cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange the frozen fish sticks on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55 to 60 minutes or until the center is nearly set.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
