- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Cut each slice in half and place plain side down on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Alternatively, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter both sides of each bread piece.
- Bake one side for approximately 8 minutes, then flip and bake the other side for about 5 minutes.
