Quick Lemon Pineapple Pie

A quick and tangy lemon pineapple pie with a sweet and tart flavor, perfect for summer gatherings or as a refreshing dessert for pineapple lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 3 oz box lemon pudding and pie filling (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 9 inch graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Put the crushed pineapple (juice and all), lemon pudding and pie filling, water, and butter in a pan.
  2. Cook until very thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool, stirring a couple of times during cooling.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
  6. For a less tart taste, make the pie the day before it's served.
