Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Riches dinner rolls (frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • cinnamon (as desired)

Instructions

  1. Mix melted margarine and 1 cup of brown sugar in a 9 x 13-inch pan, covering the bottom.
  2. Optional: Cover with almonds, pecans, or chopped walnuts.
  3. Arrange the frozen dinner rolls in rows to fit in the pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the dry vanilla pudding, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and about a teaspoon of cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the rolls.
  6. Cover with wax paper and let sit at room temperature overnight.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Turn the pan upside down onto foil to serve.
