Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 6 to 8 flour tortillas
  • 3/4 lb Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 8 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the Italian sausage.
  2. Mix the cooked sausage with spaghetti sauce and red wine.
  3. Beat the ricotta cheese with the egg and set aside.
  4. Layer tortillas, sausage sauce, ricotta mixture, and grated mozzarella in a baking dish.
  5. Repeat layers as needed, ending with a top layer of cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
