Ingredients

  • 2 c. vegetable juice cocktail
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion with tops
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk

Instructions

  1. Combine vegetable juice cocktail, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, celery salt, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture for several hours.
  3. Stir the chilled vegetable mixture into the cold milk.
  4. Serve immediately.
