Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine.
  2. Add light brown sugar.
  3. Add vanilla and egg; beat until light and creamy.
  4. Add flour.
  5. Fold in oatmeal.
  6. (No baking powder in recipe.)
