Ingredients

  • 12 large peeled cucumbers
  • 5 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 6 large onions
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seed
  • 2 tablespoons celery seed

Instructions

  1. Grind cucumbers, peppers, and onions.
  2. Add salt and mix well. Let stand overnight.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Add sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, and vinegar to cover.
  5. Put the mixture into jars.
