Ingredients

  • 8 pork cutlets
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 1/2 c chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 c pineapple tidbits
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1/2 c rum

Instructions

  1. Saute pork cutlets in oil until browned.
  2. Add raisins, chopped macadamia nuts, pineapple tidbits, orange juice, and rum.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour until the pork is cooked through and flavors meld.
