Ingredients

  • 1 lb. jumbo shrimp, deveined
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 c. white wine (Chablis)
  • Worcestershire sauce (dash or two)
  • parsley (pinch or two)

Instructions

  1. Saute shrimp in butter in a frying pan for 8 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for another 8 minutes.
  3. Serve over cooked white rice.
