Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked and drained frozen chopped spinach, low-fat cottage cheese, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
