Radish Dip
A refreshing radish dip with creamy yogurt, tangy mayonnaise, and spicy hot sauce, perfect for vegetable platters and healthy snacking, offering a zesty, cool flavor profile.

- Spoon plain low-fat yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels.
- Spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cover with additional paper towels and let stand 5 minutes.
- Scrape into a small bowl using a rubber spatula and set aside.
- Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
- Add radishes and pulse 5 times or until coarsely chopped.
- Add mayonnaise and the next 3 ingredients and pulse 5 times or until combined.
- Add the mixture to the yogurt and stir well.
- Cover and chill.
- Garnish with sliced radish, if desired.
- Serve with assorted vegetables such as steamed asparagus, steamed green beans, carrot strips, sliced yellow squash, and sliced radishes.
