Raisin Crunch Balls are sweet, nutty treats combining raisins, peanuts, and crispy cereal in bite-sized, no-bake balls perfect for snacking or sharing at parties.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 pound marshmallows (20)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Add marshmallows and cook over very low heat, stirring until melted.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the raisins, peanuts, and Rice Krispies.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into balls.
  6. Place the balls on a tray.
  7. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.
